These purchases support the operation of our server. Non-paying players retain full access to the core DayZ experience without restrictions.

Our server may feature non-intrusive in-game advertising or sponsorships, which remain cosmetic and do not impact gameplay. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, which are delivered instantly to your linked Steam account upon purchase and available only on BleakDayzServers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, in line with Bohemia Interactive s monetization guidelines. If you encounter an issue with your purchase (e.g., non-delivery due to our error), contact us within 7 days, and we ll review your case in accordance with applicable laws.

Steam Account Linking Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct Steam account is linked to BleakDayzServers prior to making a purchase. BleakDayzServers is not responsible for any losses, inconveniences, or issues arising from linking an incorrect Steam account. We utilize servers to facilitate delivery, but this does not alter your obligation to verify your account details before purchasing.

Custom-Made Cosmetics

User-Provided Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate and complete. BleakDayzServers is not liable for any dissatisfaction, errors, or defects in the final product resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
Completion Timeline: This is an estimate and not a guarantee. We aim to complete custom cosmetic requests within 48 hours from the time of submission. Depending on the complexity of the request, completion may occur sooner (e.g., same day) or take the full 48 hours.
Content Rights: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and authorize BleakDayzServers to use submitted content for custom cosmetics. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any custom request deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws, Bohemia Interactive s guidelines, or our internal policies.

BleakDayzServers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the cosmetic(s) in question.
